There are many ways to participate with the SFE PTA. We realize that families have different schedules and obligations. We are grateful for any support that you have to give!

Here are some ways that you can participate:

1. Sign up to be a member, receive the newsletters, and support the school with your membership
   
   
2. Attend PTA meetings – generally held every other month. Attendance at meetings is not required – we do share information and plan, but you can share your opinion and see updates on the Facebook page if you cannot attend
   
   
3. Volunteer for an event. Find out about events by email, the Facebook page, the website, or by asking a fellow PTA member. We always need help and are looking for new volunteers, but this is optional!

PTA members often report that participating in meetings, events and volunteering helps them feel connected to their student, the school, other parents, teachers and staff. Participating is a great way to get to know other families, and to contribute to the opportunities and culture of our school!
