Book Fair Volunteers Needed - A New Incentive!

No experience is needed. Most of the work is helping kids find prices on books, counting their money, and restocking shelves.

Our two busiest times are before school, 7:30-8am and the hour after school. Please sign up for just ONE shift and help us make it the best book fair we've had!

The Main Shifts:

Every morning from 7:30-8am

M,T, Th, F: 2:00-3:30 and Wednesday 11:30-1:30

We also need help Friday from 2:00-3:30 to move the Book Fair from the Library down to the Gym in preparation for Movie Night. Do you have some time to spare during the week to help?  Take a look at our schedule and sign up today!

We have a special incentive for our Volunteers:
1. Sign up for ONE shift at the Book Fair and be entered in a drawing for a book of your choice.
2. Sign up for TWO shifts at the Book Fair and receive a book of your choice automatically.

*All Books must be less than $20, must be ordered from the Scholastic Catalog and limited to one book per person.

Fall Box Tops Drive
Fall Box Tops Collection Drive October 17-28 Each Box Tops earns our school 10 Cents! Ask Family and Friends to help save Box Tops. Over 200 Products carry Box Tops Labels like: General Mills, Ziploc®, Pillsbury®, Kleenex®, Betty Crocker®, Hefty® (For a complete list visit www.bfte.com ) Please make sure Box Tops are clean, cut, and not expired. Place Box Tops in a ziplock bag and send to your child’s classroom. The top Classrooms (K-2 and 3-5) will receive prizes! Green Clean at Home Seminars
Green Clean at Home: Free Workshops from the City of Bellevue  The City of Bellevue is pleased to offer six special green clean workshops. All events are free! Crosswalk and Area Improvements
Have you seen our new Crosswalk? Now kids can safely cross 24th Street! The city is planning other improvements in the area   As part of a right of way enhancement the city will be landscaping the area outlined below. An Interlake High School Horticulture class was involved in the planning. The landscaped area on the north side of NE 24 th between 164 th and 166 th was implemented in 2014.
